Crush the red garlic and apply oil. Add the green chili powder and sauce. (If you want bold color, you can also use red oil) Then add the chicken, add a little water and simmer until the oil returns. Now that the oil has returned, we have chicken broth to eat in the salad.

Boil and slice the duck egg that will be eaten together. Add chopped parsley, onion, and lemon.
Add Nangyi Phat chicken paste, onion, duck egg, parsley, bean powder, chicken powder, sauce, chili powder, and salad. Then squeeze lemon juice.
