How To Make Three Layers Of Pork

It’s a simple and easy way.
It is mixed with oil and rice cooker.

Ply wood……………30 kyats
Garlic…………..5 pieces
Chin is small………….1 up
Black peppercorns…about 10 seeds
Parsley root…………5
thin soy sauce Thick
snail oil Sugar
A little cooking wine

Wash and clean the plywood and cut it into small pieces.

Pour soy sauce into the meat. thick Add snail oil, sugar, cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes.

Chin garlic , Parsley root Pepper, etc., a bit rough
Mix it up.

Heat oil in a pan and fry a tablespoon of sugar until brown.

When the sugar turns brown, add oil to the crushed mixture.

When it becomes fragrant, add the three layers and fry.
When the color of the pork has turned brown, add half a liter of water and heat until it boils.

When the water boils, cut the small pieces of meat and move them to the pot.

Sieve and strain the garlic and chives
Pour the liquid into the pot.

Don’t wait for the light switch to turn yellow and if it starts to drip, test the pork with a sharp stick/pin.

If it is not soft yet, add a little water and mix. Be aware that if you wait until the light turns yellow, it tends to stick to the bottom.
