Ingredients
(to fry chicken)
Chicken – (15) Kyats
Eggs – (1) whole
Corn flour or potato flour – (2) spoons
Pepper powder – a little
Garlic – a little
(to make pickles)
Clear soy sauce – (2) spoons
Soy sauce – half a spoon
Tomato sauce (tomato ketchup) (1) spoon
Sweet chili sauce – (1) spoon
Chilli powder – half spoon (add more if you like it spicy)

How to do it

To fry the chicken, cut the chicken into small pieces and mix all the ingredients together. Deep-fry in hot oil until the color is deep, then drain. Let it cool down a bit and fry it for another (3) minutes to make sure it’s cooked inside. To make the sauce, put a little oil in a pan, add all the ingredients for the sauce and stir until it becomes a thick sauce.

After that, stir in the already fried chicken and take it out of the pan and eat it. If you like, you can sprinkle sesame seeds and scallions on top. Before adding the fried chicken, you can taste the taste of the sauce first and then add a little salt and sweet as needed. This ratio is only two/three, so people just add more according to the ratio. Easy to make, sweet and spicy, and very tasty.
