How To Make Salty Pork Head Salad

Soak the pig’s head in hot water and scrape it with a knife. Scrape the pig’s tongue and ears with a knife and wash thoroughly. Cut the pig’s head into two or three parts. Chop the garlic and ginger and boil it with plenty of water.

Cool and thinly slice the meat. Mix together pickled cucumber, cucumber, cabbage, green chilies, scallion leaves (or parsley), bean powder, chili powder, cooking oil, fried onions, and sauce. You can eat it together with hot pork bone soup.
